General Questions
- How does Webmaster Projects (WP) work?
Webmaster Projects is a service that connects freelancers with buyers
who need custom programming, logos, designing, content writting, search
engine optimization (SEO) etc done for their websites. Much like an
auction, projects are posted and interested freelancers bid on them.
Employers/Buyers can find talent for their projects or to fill part-time
positions. Employers/Buyers post the job as a project. Service Providers
(freelancers) who wish to do the project place bids, indicating the
asking price for completing the project. At the end of the bidding,
Employer/Buyer can award the project to any Service Provider (freelancer)
who bids for the project.
- How much does it cost?
Buyers: There is no signup fee and no monthly fee, but you are
required to pay Webmaster Projects $5 or 5% of total project prices
(whichever is higher) commission on each completed project.
Freelancers: There is no signup fee and no monthly fee, but you
are required to pay WP a commission on each project you win a bid on.
The commission is 5% of your bid (minimum $5). Example:
If you are chosen for a project you have bid $200 on, $10 will be deducted
from your account.
- What countries are the programmers on Webmaster Projects from?
We have programmers from all over the world. All can understand the
English language very well.
- Can I become an affiliate of Webmaster Projects (WP) and earn revenue?
Yes, you can join WP's Affiliate program for free and start earning
revenues. WP will pay you $2 of the fees we charge users you referred.
That means if you refer Freelancer, you will earn $2 every single time
the freelancer is chosen for a project. If you refer buyer, you will
earn $2 every time they pick a freelancer for their project, or $12.50
if they decide to post a featured project! The money is automatically
added to your account, so it can help pay for projects, or you can request
it to be withdrawn and we'll send it to you.
